The Path
The Path of Self realisation consists of meditating, communicating and sharing the knowledge with others.
The Path begins at I (finite) and ends at I (infinite). Also it can be said that the beginning is the I, who is bound and the destination is I, who is not bound in anything.
The Path is for anyone who is interested in knowing his/her Self in this very life. One can attain enlightenment or realise the Self in a span of seven to ten years provided he or she follows the guidelines. There can be only one path as there is only one beginning and one destination for this journey to infinite. This journey enables the expansion of consciousness.
The people who are following this Path are ordinary people in many ways. They go to work, as employees and employers; they maintain relationships and families and live in fairly typical homes, having slightly modified their lifestyle to make it appropriate to meditation. They put time aside to meditate, and discover that they don’t need to go to a monastery or to reject the modern lifestyle in order to make progress.
The Path of Light and Sound is the key – physical or geographic location is irrelevant when meditating in this way
NOTE: The time indicated in this site is only indicative and not binding on the Trust. However if the individual has strong desire to know the Self, the initial stages need not be sequential.
The Journey
The medium of travel or the journey could be a cycle or a car or a plane or a rocket. It is up to us to choose what we think as sensible to reach infinite distance. The major need of the journey is a strong desire to travel. There are other minor preparations on the journey. These are — no entertainment drugs, no alcohol, no tobacco, be a vegetarian in food and relationship with one man or one woman. Even if one is unable to leave tobacco, etc, at the beginning, he or she can find strength/energy and drop these habits subsequently.
The medium for this journey is the Light & Sound of Self which is the first form of the Ultimate Reality.
When a person attains enlightenment they do not find any part of the absolute (which has no parts) trapped in anyone or anything. This is the first shocking truth. Shocking because it contradicts what has been written by people who have not attained enlightenment but think they could think about what it was.
When people are born or when they die, they are using environments to be what they are. These environments are constantly changing, eventually even after a very long time those environments will have changed beyond recognition and previous identities will be gone and replaced by others. That is why we must attain Enlightenment. We will fall from any state eventually apart from God realisation
