Jai Yoga and Meditation Centre is formed to teach “Jai Meditation” to the Humanity. The greatest and the most valuable goal of human life is to realise one’s SELF. The route for Self Realisation has been meditation on Light and Sound which is symbolized as lamp and bell.

Why Meditate?

Many of us, in one stage or other of our life, might have wondered about the purpose of human life or the real purpose of our lives. Many of us also keep asking such questions like: “What is the mystery of life & death? What is the ultimate goal of living? Why are we here? What is the Purpose of our lives?”

The most valuable goal of human life is to know our true nature or the Inner Self and in the process find answers to these questions. In order to realise the Inner Self, we have to Meditate. Meditation on Light and Sound is the route to achieve this goal.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is an inner journey or it is also said that meditation is a prolonged concentration upon a point of focus. This helps us to gain the insight about who we are and makes us realise our enormous potential. Spiritual progress comes only through Meditation. The external meditations will not lead one to realise his or her Self! , because these are within the mind and one has to use the higher energy to transcend the mind. This higher energy is not interrupted by thought and actions. Meditating on this higher energy, one can know his or her true nature.

Meditation is devoting time to ourselves to know ourselves by ourselves with the help of higher energies.

Real Purpose of Meditation?

Many people meditate for different reasons: some may meditate for good health, some for handling emotions, some for wealth and also as a fashion! Some other may do for the sake of meditating or because of inner urge to be quiet.

The real purpose of meditation or the major aim of the meditation has to be to know our true nature by going deep within ourselves. It is certain that there are several benefits.

What is Enlightenment?

When a person attains enlightenment they do not find any part of the absolute (which has no parts) trapped in anyone or anything. This is the first shocking truth. Shocking because it contradicts what has been written by people who have not attained enlightenment but think they could think about what it was.

All identities apart from God are based on combinations of environments.
